Working two days per week, fully office-based in London, you’ll bridge HR with SLT and the Executive Team, guiding risk management and complex ER matters while mentoring the HR Assistant.
You will own high-stakes cases, sign off on formal outcomes, and keep HR aligned with core values during the coverage period.
