HR Generalist(ER Focus

London | Hybrid Working

£180 per day PAYE

Temporary Contract until December 2026

Are you an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys managing complex employee relations cases and providing practical, people-focused HR support? We're working with a large, purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation seeking an HR professional to join their team on an interim basis until December. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact within an organisation committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for the communities it serves.

• Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues
• Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation
• Supporting organisational change and HR projects where required
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

• Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
• Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
• Available to start at short notice
