A unique opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded luxury brand as Senior HR Manager on a maternity cover contract. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role will take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, providing expert generalist support across the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leaders across the business.

This is a hands-on, visible role requiring an experienced HR professional who can confidently manage operational HR activity, coach stakeholders, and ensure the smooth running of the function during a period of continued growth and international expansion.

The Role

As Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the business, including:

• Employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
• Coaching and supporting managers on people-related matters
• Recruitment partnering and talent attraction activities
• Onboarding and offboarding processes
• Flexible working requests and absence management
• Payroll oversight and approvals
• Policy development and employment law guidance
