Antal / Parkside have been instructed to source a HR Manager for a Series A Start-Up based in the City, London. As we scale, we’re looking for an HR Manager to build and lead the people function from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with leadership, and creating the people, culture, and processes that enable a high-performing team to thrive.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we hire, develop, support, and retain our people — while helping build the foundations of an ambitious fintech business.

The Role As our HR Manager, you’ll own the full HR function and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution — from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, employee relations, policies, engagement, and people development.
