Broadgate Search, part of Trinnovo Group, is looking for a Delivery Consultant to support one of our flagship Professional Services clients. Working as an extension of their internal Talent team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging passive candidates across Tax, Audit and Corporate Finance.

• Headhunting and engaging passive professionals across Tax, Audit and Corporate Finance.
• Building talent pipelines and carrying out detailed market mapping.
• Managing candidates through the full recruitment process.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to a growing Professional Services business.

• Previous agency recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, Executive Search Researcher or 360 Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using Linked In Recruiter and other search tools.
• Experience recruiting into Professional Services, Finance, Accountancy, Tax or Audit is highly desirable.
