Location: Greater London
Kody Group is seeking a hands-on HR Specialist to join our growing team in London. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, craft job descriptions, screen candidates, and coordinate reference checks while helping shape onboarding and off-boarding processes.
Based in the UK and EU expansion, you will handle daily HR routines, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and basic European regulations.
