ONBOARDING SPECIALIST Our client is a well-established international business operating within a fast-paced, professional environment. With a strong focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience, they are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to support their people team during a busy period of growth.ONBOARDING SPECIALIST ROLE:

Managing the onboarding process from offer acceptance through to start date
Acting as the key point of contact between Recruitment and HR Operations teams
Coordinating all pre-employment screening and vetting requirements
Preparing and issuing offer letters and employment contracts
Ensuring all compliance documentation is completed accurately and within required time frames
Tracking onboarding progress and proactively following up outstanding actions
Maintaining regular communication with new starters, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Liaising with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support smooth onboarding
Ensuring employee records and systems are updated accurately
Identifying and resolving onboarding issues promptly and efficiently
Supporting process improvements where required
