Position: HR Advisor (18 month FTC)

This is far more than a typical HR Advisor role. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of employee relations matters, work alongside experienced HR professionals, and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. With the scale and growth plans of the business, there is also a strong possibility for this role to become permanent.

The Role As HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR advisory service, partnering with managers across the business and supporting a broad range of people matters, with a particular focus on Employee Relations.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a varied ER caseload from start to finish. Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and suspension cases. Supporting managers through formal HR processes and ensuring a compliant, consistent approach. Preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate records. Liaising with Occupational Health providers and supporting wellbeing-related cases. Assisting with Employment Tribunal administration where required. Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver an exceptional HR service.

About You We're looking for an HR professional who enjoys Employee Relations and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with significant ER exposure. Confidence managing complex employee relations cases independently. A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to influence, coach and support managers effectively. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
