Our client, a highly regarded professional services organisation, is seeking an HR Systems & Payroll Coordinator to join their collaborative HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll administration experience and strong HR systems knowledge to develop their career within a high-performing and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the payroll integration process and act as a key liaison with the external payroll provider.
- Review payroll outputs, identify discrepancies and support payroll validation activities.
- Produce payroll reports, reconciliations and data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support day-to-day HR data management and reporting requirements across the wider business.
- Assist with the administration, maintenance and ongoing development of the HR information system.
- Support annual remuneration review processes and statutory reporting requirements.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider HR team as required.
The successful candidate will have previous payroll administration experience and ideally some exposure to HR systems within a professional services or corporate environment. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced setting.
Skills & Experience- Previous experience in payroll administration.
- Experience working with HR systems and employee data is desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and team-oriented attitude.
