Our client, a highly regarded professional services organisation, is seeking an HR Systems & Payroll Coordinator to join their collaborative HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll administration experience and strong HR systems knowledge to develop their career within a high-performing and people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the payroll integration process and act as a key liaison with the external payroll provider.
  • Review payroll outputs, identify discrepancies and support payroll validation activities.
  • Produce payroll reports, reconciliations and data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support day-to-day HR data management and reporting requirements across the wider business.
  • Assist with the administration, maintenance and ongoing development of the HR information system.
  • Support annual remuneration review processes and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider HR team as required.
About You

The successful candidate will have previous payroll administration experience and ideally some exposure to HR systems within a professional services or corporate environment. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced setting.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in payroll administration.
  • Experience working with HR systems and employee data is desirable.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset and team-oriented attitude.
