The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Source and engage talented professionals across specialist markets Develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates Manage the full recruitment process from initial briefing to placement Prepare candidates for interviews and negotiate offers Build your own network and establish yourself as a market specialist This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where no two days are the same and your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
