Our client is a successful and growing technology-led organisation operating within a fast-moving and innovative market. With a strong focus on growth, innovation and developing its people, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Talent & People Development to lead its talent, development and employee engagement agenda.

Managing a small specialist team, you will lead the delivery of the organisation's talent, development and engagement agenda. This will include senior and specialist recruitment, learning and leadership development, career and succession planning, and employee engagement. Working closely with senior leaders, you will ensure initiatives are practical, commercially relevant and delivered consistently across the business.

You will have broad experience across talent, learning and development, employee experience or organisational development, together with a strong track record of translating strategy into practical delivery. Pragmatic, commercially aware and hands-on, you will be comfortable influencing senior leaders, managing multiple priorities and driving the adoption of new initiatives across a complex organisation. Experience with in a technology-led, digital or similarly fast-moving environment would be particularly relevant, alongside experience of managing a small specialist team and working with a broad range of stakeholders.
