Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 plus benefits
Our client is a highly regarded financial services organisation with a strong reputation for excellence, innovation and employee experience. As part of an established HR function, they are seeking a Senior Benefits & HR Ops Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced benefits professional to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of employee benefits while contributing to broader HR operations and process improvement initiatives. Working closely with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Reward and external vendors, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience, maintaining data integrity and supporting ongoing enhancements to benefits systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end administration of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrolments, life events, amendments and leavers.
- Manage the employee benefits portal, supporting system enhancements, testing activities and continuous improvements to the user experience.
- Act as the escalation point for complex benefits queries, working closely with employees, stakeholders and external providers to deliver effective resolutions.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors, monitor service levels and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead the monthly benefits invoicing process and maintain high levels of accuracy across HR systems, benefits platforms and reporting outputs.
- Support annual benefits activities, including renewals, system updates, testing cycles and operational change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain benefits procedures, process documentation and controls to support scalable and compliant operations.
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Finance and Reward teams to improve automation, reporting capabilities and data integration across systems.
- Proven experience managing employee benefits programmes and associated operational processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Workday, particularly in relation to benefits administration and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of benefits enrolment processes, provider management, invoicing and data governance.
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance and external vendors.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while driving a high standard of service delivery.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, process improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to handle complex employee and vendor queries.
