Black Sheep Coffee is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own day-to-day HR operations across shops and the support office, delivering people initiatives and driving a high-performing, inclusive culture. You will work with the People Director and key managers to support the business in its growth trajectory.
You will directly manage the HR Coordinator, ensure GDPR-compliant data handling, and lead on policies, performance, and engagement initiatives to shape an exceptional employee experience.
