The Role Youll be joining as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant , developing deep market expertise in the Fin Tech space and managing relationships with both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting research and market mapping to identify top tech talent Interviewing candidates and managing the recruitment process end-to-end Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Developing insights into market trends, competitor activity, and talent movement Establishing new business connections within your specialist market
