Principal Consultant

At Ellis Group, we're continuing to grow our global business and are looking to connect with ambitious, high-performing Contract and Permanent Recruitment Consultants who want to build a long-term specialist career within Enterprise Systems. Our office is based in Richmond, just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction.

• A minimum of 3 + years' contract recruitment experience.
• A proven track record recruiting within Enterprise Systems, specialising in Oracle, SAP, or Data & AI.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win, develop, and retain client relationships.
• A consultative approach and the confidence to build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
