Recruitment Consultant

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant on our UAE desk, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare across the Data, AI, Digital, and Transformation space. • Building and developing strong client relationships across the UAE and GCC
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts within the region
• Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality IT professionals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Maintaining constant awareness of the UAE and GCC technology market

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Demonstrable success in placing Technology talent, ideally within the UAE or wider GCC region
• Proven billing history and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
• An understanding of, or genuine interest in, the UAE market and its business culture
