Headquartered in London, with offices in Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands, we work across the UK and Europe, placing talent into Banking & Finance, Technology, and STEM sectors. We're looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants with 3+ years' experience, delivery and 360, to join us as we continue to grow across the UK, Europe, and the US.

• Winning new business and opening doors with clients who don't yet know what they're missing
• Building a market map and becoming the go-to name in your sector
• Pitching Gazelle Global's services and negotiating contracts and terms
• Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, managing the relationship end to end
• Leading strategic conversations that shape how clients hire, not just filling a single role
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to offer and placement
• Negotiating salaries, offers, and closing deals
• Growing existing accounts into long-term, repeat business
• Mentoring and working closely with your delivery partner to keep the desk running smoothly

• Sourcing and headhunting top talent across your specialist market
• Writing and posting compelling job adverts that attract the right candidates
• Screening and qualifying candidates against detailed client briefs
• Conducting first-stage interviews and building a genuine understanding of each candidate's motivations
• Managing candidates through interview, feedback, and offer stages, keeping them engaged throughout
• Preparing candidates ahead of interviews and coaching them through the process
• Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and becoming a trusted advisor in your market
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of talent so you're always ready for the next brief
• Working closely with your 360 partner to deliver against client expectations and timelines
