Talent Acquisition Partner

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI, Test Engineering and other technical vacancies
• Recruit across all levels, from graduates and early careers to senior specialists and leadership appointments
• Support recruitment across wider consulting and business functions, including Project & Programme Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Finance, Commercial and Business Operations
• Proactively find and engage talent through Linked In Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals and professional networks
• Identify and engage security-cleared candidates in specialist and competitive talent markets
• Build proactive talent pipelines for immediate vacancies and future capability requirements
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, refine briefs and develop recruitment strategies
• Provide insight on external talent markets, candidate availability, expectations and remuneration
• Guide candidates through interview, assessment and offer processes
• Manage multiple priorities and fast-moving deadlines while maintaining candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity in the ATS
• Use recruitment data and market insight to improve talent attraction and recruitment

• Technical recruitment or talent acquisition experience, particularly across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI and/or Test Engineering
• Experience recruiting within a technology consultancy, professional services and/or UK public sector environment
• Experience recruiting from early careers through to senior and specialist appointments
• Strong understanding of the UK security-cleared talent market
• Experience finding and engaging security-cleared candidates
• Strong sourcing skills, including Linked In Recruiter and passive-talent engagement
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective searches
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and difficult-to-fill roles
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent candidate management skills through engagement, interview, offer and acceptance
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining candidate experience
• Experience using an ATS, ideally Workable
• Familiarity with SFIA levels would be advantageous

Demonstrates expertise in technical recruitment across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI, and Test Engineering, with a strong focus on building talent pipelines and engaging security-cleared candidates. Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
