** join us** !## We are looking for a practical, people focused People & Culture Partner to join Zafron Foods, part of Solina, at our growing manufacturing site in Mitcham.##
Key Responsibilities Working closely with our managers and Site Leadership Team, you will provide hands on HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment, manager development, employee relations and engagement.## ## Candidate Profile
** We are looking for someone with strong generalist HR experience, good knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to coach and appropriately challenge managers.
Experience with in a manufacturing environment would be a real advantage.*
* • Strong generalist HR experience in a business partnering or senior advisory role, including end-to-end employee relations case management.
• A sound working knowledge of UK employment law, ACAS guidance and fair, consistent HR practice, including updating and implementing policies and processes.
• Experience coaching and influencing managers, building trusted relationships and providing constructive challenge.
• Experience identifying learning needs and coordinating and delivering people or management training, with effective record keeping and follow-through.
• The ability to use people data and insight to identify trends, explain risks and turn findings into practical action.
• Strong organisation, judgement and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
