Senior Talent Manager

• Deliver end-to-end contract recruitment across multiple technology disciplines
• Build, maintain and strengthen a network of technology consultants
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through varied recruitment channels
• Partner with Delivery, Client Partners and hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise recruitment activity
• Manage multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns
• Conduct candidate screening and manage interview processes
• Negotiate day rates and offers
• Oversee consultant mobilisation through successful deployment
• Apply knowledge of consultant availability, notice periods, IR35 considerations, right-to-work requirements and mobilisation planning
• Build long-term consultant relationships and maintain consultant engagement
• Manage and develop the consultant alumni network
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and consultant records
• Coach and support less experienced Talent team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Hub processes, sourcing strategies and ways of working

• Several years' experience in contract recruitment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality consultants into customer engagements within fast-paced environments
• Experience recruiting technology consultants
• Understanding of the full contract recruitment lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, consultant engagement, screening, day rate negotiation, IR35 awareness, mobilisation and relationship management
• Ability to balance speed, quality and commercial outcomes while managing multiple live requirements
• Experience building talent communities and maintaining long-term consultant relationships
• Experience working collaboratively with Delivery, Client Partners and other stakeholders
• Ability to operate under pressure and remain organised while managing high volumes of activity
• Strong communication, professionalism and relationship-building abilities
• Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting others
• Passion for recruitment and connecting exceptional people with opportunities

Demonstrates expertise in end-to-end contract recruitment, including proactive sourcing, consultant engagement, and relationship management. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns while maintaining high-quality standards and strong communication with stakeholders.
