Payroll Specialis tto join our European HR Payroll team, based in our London Office
.Thisnewrole will reportto the European Payroll Managerandwill  work collaboratively with local HR and Payroll teams as well as the wider European HR Department. Thisroleisfocusedonmaintainingaccuracy, quality,and compliance across Payroll,

** and as suchwe’relooking for people with strong experience inapreviousoperational HR/Payroll role in more than one European Country.

Youwillworkcollaborativelywithlocal HR,payroll specialists,and Finance and asyou’llsupport mobility and immigration functions for expats in EU markets,we’relooking for a strong communicator tobecomea valuable business partner to many internal stakeholders

• Support EU markets to lead end-to-end payroll process, which isa key partof the payroll chain.
• Closely cooperate withEU markets
  
  Payroll
  
  Partnersand HR Managers.
• Execute controls of payroll files throughout the payroll cycle.
• Manage the payroll for expats, coordinating with tax advisor and EUmarkets for mobility partners.
• Validate and approve payroll data aspartof the payroll chain.
• Manage salary payment, taxes, social security,and other payroll related payments for EU markets.
• Manage month-end and quarterly payroll reports for Finance.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll issues.
• Lead payroll,mobility and immigration governance, internal/external audits, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic input into EU level policies, systems, and tools.
• Manage immigration process for expats coming/leaving EU markets

• Payroll management experience in retail or high-volume environments (1000 plus employees) with3-5 yearsof experience.
• Expertise across more than one European Country
• Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation principles, and expat rules.
• Experience working with expats, global mobility, and tax advisors.
• Fluent in English communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service mindset.
• High levelof discretion, confidentiality, and accuracy.
• Proactive and self-driven with a “can do” attitude.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency, and HRIS/payroll system knowledge (Workday, Work Force System.).
• Abilityto work with diverse and global team,having high levelofcultural flexibility.
