As their Engineering & Product Hiring Partner
, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the teams behind that transformation — partnering closely with Engineering and Product leadership to identify, attract and hire exceptional talent.

This isn’t a traditional recruitment role. You’ll be embedded within the business, operating as a true strategic hiring partner and having a direct impact on how the organisation scales.

• Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering and Product
  , from sourcing through to offer.

• Partner closely with senior Engineering and Product leaders to understand hiring priorities and build effective talent strategies.

• Identify and engage exceptional technical talent across a competitive market.

• Build proactive pipelines across Engineering, Product and emerging technology disciplines.

• Use market insight, data and creative sourcing strategies to solve challenging hiring requirements.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging briefs and improving hiring outcomes.

• Help shape an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen the organisation’s employer brand.

• Contribute to a high-performing, data-led Talent function as the business continues to scale.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong experience recruiting across Engineering and Product within a technology-led environment.

• A proven track record of sourcing and hiring hard-to-find technical talent.

• Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.

• Strong market-mapping, sourcing and talent intelligence skills.

• A genuinely proactive approach — you’ll build talent pipelines rather than wait for applications.

• The ability to operate at pace while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience.

• A passion for technology, innovation and building teams that make a measurable impact.
