Key Responsibilities:

• Joining our 12-week Clear Academy training programme
• Learning the fundamentals of recruitment from experienced consultants and our L&D team
• Sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards and internal databases
• Building and managing your own candidate network
• Working with clients and candidates across global markets
• Creating job adverts and marketing your roles across multiple platforms
• Developing your commercial and sales skills
• Specialising within a niche vertical across our Data Center and Energy markets
• Working towards becoming a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant
