They are now looking to appoint an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take the next step into an Associate Director position and build a highly successful permanent construction division. The Opportunity You will be responsible for establishing, developing and growing the permanent construction offering, with the autonomy to build the division as though it were your own business. Working alongside an established temporary division, you will have access to an extensive client base and warm relationships, giving you an excellent platform to develop long term permanent revenue. As the division grows, you will recruit, mentor and develop your own team, with a clear pathway into senior leadership.

Responsibilities Develop and grow the permanent construction recruitment division. Build long term relationships with existing and new clients. Generate consistent permanent fee income across the construction and built environment sector. Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. Identify new business opportunities and secure exclusive partnerships. Develop and implement a long term growth strategy for the permanent division. Recruit, mentor and develop your own team of consultants.

Manage performance, drive revenue and build a high performing culture. Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape the future direction of the business.

The Ideal Candidate Proven experience within 360 permanent construction recruitment . Currently operating as a Principal Consultant, Business Manager or Team Leader looking to step into an Associate Director role. A consistent billing history with strong permanent recruitment revenue. An established network of construction clients and candidates. A natural leader with the ambition to build and develop a successful team. Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
