What You'll Be DoingFrom day one, you'll be trained to:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Source and headhunt specialist Data & AI talent
- Develop new business and win your own clients
- Manage the recruitment process from first conversation to placement
- Negotiate deals and close business
- Build your reputation as a specialist within your market
