Want to build a proper career in recruitment rather than spend your first year doing admin around the edges?

C&C Search is looking for an ambitious Junior HR Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist HR, Reward & Talent team.

You’ll receive hands-on training, genuine market exposure and early responsibility. You’ll learn how to source and assess brilliant candidates, understand client briefs, build trusted relationships and ultimately develop your own specialist recruitment market.

• Candidate sourcing using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals and proactive search
• Boolean searching and market mapping
• Candidate screening and assessment
• Writing strong candidate profiles and shortlist summaries
• Managing candidate pipelines and CRM data
• Supporting candidates through interviews and offers
• Learning HR, Reward and Talent career paths and market trends
• Joining client briefings and debriefs
• Supporting business development and market‑intelligence activity
• Gradually developing your own specialist niche

You may have 0–18 months’ experience in recruitment, resourcing or HR
, or you may be coming from a strong transferable background and know recruitment is the career you want.

You’ll join a multi-award-winning, B Corp and W Corp certified recruitment company with a specialist reputation, supportive leadership and a clear route to building your own desk and network.

You won’t be left to figure things out alone. There are structured check-ins, weekly 1:1s, formal 30/60/90-day reviews and access to coaching and development through C&C Academy.

Package: £26,000–£35,000 base + uncapped commission, 25 days’ holiday plus birthday, New Year’s Eve and a gifted Christmas Eve half-day, healthcare, life insurance, enhanced maternity support and career development.
