• Support your assigned business unit(s) by gaining an understanding of business goals and helping to implement effective HR practices.
• Participate in the operation of HR special projects, including leadership development, onboarding programs, and learning & development initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation, organization, and execution of related activities, ensuring effective implementation and evaluation of outcomes.
• Support HR-related information management and data analysis tasks to optimize HR operations and decision-making.
• Help promote and maintain Tik Tok's organizational culture through planning and supporting cultural activities.

• Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
• Availability for an internship of 3 months or more, with a commitment to working 5 days per week is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for HR-related work and a desire to grow oneself in HR practice as a long-term career plan.

• Strong team collaboration skills with a clear, logical thought process.
