What you’ll be doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment cycle , including:
Building strong business relationships through strategic B2B development (calls, emails & Linked In outreach) Sourcing talent using tools like Linked In Recruiter , job boards & networking Managing vacancies from briefing to placement Matching and prepping candidates for interviews Negotiating offers and closing placements Meeting clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face Your success is supported by a knowledgeable team, powerful brand reputation, and a collaborative environment that celebrates wins.
