Technology Recruitment Consultant – Perm / Contract / 360 | Soho, London

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

ITHR Group is growing, and we're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our tech recruitment team in Soho.

We're particularly interested in recruiters with 3+ years' 360 recruitment experience, a strong billing history and a proven ability to win and develop business.

Your recruitment background doesn't have to be technology — technology recruitment experience is preferred, but not essential.

We're open to successful recruiters from other specialist markets who have demonstrated they can build a desk, win clients and consistently deliver strong billings.

We're open to experience across:

• 3+ years' recruitment experience
• Proven 360 recruitment background
• Strong and demonstrable billing history
• Experience winning new business and developing client relationships
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation and sales skills
• Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Someone who wants to build and grow their own desk
• Ambition to increase both billings and earnings
