Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Interview Scheduler to support a busy Talent Acquisition team within a global organisation. You will coordinate high volumes of interviews and assessments across multiple vacancies, ensuring candidates and hiring teams receive an efficient and professional service. This role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex diaries across different teams and international time zones.
Key Responsibilities Schedule interviews, assessments and selection activities across multiple vacancies Coordinate availability between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview panels Manage complex diaries across different teams and international time zones Send interview invitations, joining instructions and supporting information Monitor interview calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts, cancellations and changes Provide candidates with clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System Support recruiters with recruitment administration and campaign activity Produce scheduling reports and progress updates when required Follow recruitment processes, data protection requirements and internal policies Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and candidate experience Essential Experience At least three years' experience coordinating interviews within recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR or executive search Experience managing high volume interview scheduling across multiple vacancies Strong diary management, organisation and prioritisation skills Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and interview scheduling tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Confidence working with candidates, recruiters and senior hiring managers Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing environment
Desirable Experience Recruitment experience within a global or matrix organisation Scheduling interviews across international time zones Experience using SAP Success Factors Recruitment or a similar ATS Supporting large recruitment campaigns or organisational change programmes
