The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage your own portfolio of clients, candidates, and vacancies within a dedicated sector Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Source and headhunt high-quality candidates for live vacancies Conduct interviews, manage feedback, and coordinate the hiring process Develop new business opportunities through client engagement and sales activity Negotiate offers, fees, and placement terms Understand client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions Work towards and exceed KPIs and performance targets Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role Ambitious, motivated, and driven to succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach What's on Offer?
