We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our clients Oracle team as a Delivery Consultant – a candidate-focused recruitment role supporting their Oracle Business Development Consultants on both contract and permanent roles for their blue-chip clients.

About the Role:

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with Oracle candidates, primarily via phone, and matching them to high-quality opportunities across their client base. You’ll play a key part in their Oracle recruitment delivery function and become a specialist in this high-demand niche.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

• Proactively source and engage top-tier Oracle talent via job boards, Linked In, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen candidates and assess suitability in collaboration with their Oracle Business Development Consultant
• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified Oracle professionals
• Understand client requirements to deliver best-fit candidates

Striving for Quality

• Deliver a first-class candidate experience, ensuring clear and professional communication at every step
• Arrange interviews and handle updates in a timely and professional manner
• Represent our client with a focus on high-quality service and standards

Market Knowledge & Expertise

• Stay up-to-date with Oracle technologies, hiring trends, and market developments
• Develop your understanding of Oracle roles and ecosystems to become a true subject matter expert

Key Requirements:

• Strong and confident
  telephone and written communication
  skills
• Prior recruitment experience (IT or Oracle) is useful but
  not essential
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (Linked In Recruiter, job boards, CRMs - Bullhorn experience is a plus), although full training will be given.
• Organised, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to build a career in a high-demand technical field
• Office-based 3-4 days per week in their London office
