• Deliver consistent, knowledgeable and professional Employee Relations support across a range of complex employment matters, including performance and low-performance management, redundancy and restructuring, sickness absence, flexible working arrangements, probation and employee exits, in line with company policy, employment practices and legislative requirements.
• Manage and own a complex ER case portfolio end-to-end, providing timely, pragmatic and risk-based advice to HR Business Partners and business leaders, while ensuring a consistent and appropriate approach to case management.
• Provide expert ER advice and guidance on organisational change and workforce matters, including individual and collective redundancy and restructuring activities, balancing legal requirements, employee relations risks and business needs.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify risks, evaluate options and recommend practical solutions, supporting effective and consistent people decisions across the region.
• Maintain high standards of ER case documentation and governance, including case assessments, risk analysis, recommendations, decision records and employee communications.
• Build strong working relationships with Employment Legal and other cross-functional partners to calibrate recommendations, manage complex or higher-risk matters and ensure appropriate stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and deliver ER guidance, training and enablement to strengthen HRBP and leader capability and drive better, more consistent ER decision-making.
• Lead or contribute to ER projects, policy and process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the ER framework and improve operational effectiveness.
• Leverage ER data, case trends and insights to identify emerging risks and recurring themes, diagnose root causes and develop proactive solutions across the region.
• Contribute to a coordinated and consistent regional ER approach, sharing best practices and strengthening ER standards and capability across the team.

• Minimum Qualification(s)- Minimum 3 years of relevant Employee Relations experience.
• Strong ER experience in both the UK and France is required.
• Experience working in matrix organisations and across different cultures, with the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with HRBPs and business leaders.
• Strong judgement, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and risk-based ER advice.
• Resilient, self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong ownership, attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset.
• Preferred Qualification(s)- Experience in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
• Experience in other EMEA markets.
