Job description- Analyst, HR
In this role your responsibilities will be varied but with a focus across day-to-day general HR as well as payroll, operations, and general back office smooth running of the business.
You'll be working with a range of internal stakeholders and employees varying in levels of seniority. This will be an ideal role for a candidate who is looking to build a HR career in a diverse and wide-ranging role. You'll also be comfortable with numbers to feel confident in the more analytical and detail-oriented elements of this role!
Key responsibilities - HR ExecutiveIn thisHR Executive role, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide all payroll elements monthly to the external payroll provider. Ensure accurate monthly output from payroll to finance
- Prepare HR budget and cost analysis
- Manage day-to-day employees benefits and insurance renewal
- Accurately maintain HR system and deal with queries from system users
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Deliver effective support to the head of HR and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function
- Implementing and coordinating training and wellbeing programs to improve the employee experience of the organisation as a workplace
We're looking for a candidate with:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- Attention to detail, meticulousness and numeracy skills
- Team working mentality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working as a proactive self-starter, with a resilient mindset to challenges and adversity, with a drive to succeed
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently navigate the demands of the role
- Proficient with using the Microsoft suite:
Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Power BI skills are advantageous) - Be physically present five days a week in our London HQ
- Function autonomously without direct supervision of the line manager for routine or standard operational requirements, following the induction period
