Are you an experienced in-house recruiter with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring experiences? Do you thrive in luxury environments where service excellence is at the heart of everything you do?

We are partnering with a super luxury retailer who have a requirement for a recruiter to join them on a three-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while attracting top talent into the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate roles.

Lead the recruitment across UK, EMEA and Asia

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source and engage high-calibre talent through multiple channels.

Manage the interview process from briefing through to offer stage.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Work proactively to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

About You

Previous experience recruiting mid and senior-level professionals in an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition role.

Experience with in luxury retail, luxury hospitality or a premium customer-focused environment is essential.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.

A proactive, hands-on recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent sourcing, interviewing and candidate management skills.

Available to start at short notice or immediately.
