We are now looking for an experienced
** Talent Acquisition Partner
** with a background hiring technical customer facing roles for a technology company.  This position offers the chance to directly influence our success, in a fast-scaling, international environment.

** As a trusted partner to our Customer organizations, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.

You will be a strategic advisor to our leaders, bringing not only recruiting expertise but also actionable

** that influence hiring decisions and shape our overall talent strategy.

You will act as the trusted partner to our hiring leaders and the main point of contact for our candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Leveraging your background in hiring top technical talent you will bring credibility and market expertise to every search.

** The work you’ll do:
**** Stakeholder

Collaboration:

*** Partner with our regional hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
* Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.
** Full-Cycle Recruitment:
*** Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, Pre Sales and Value Engineering roles.
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Experience:

*** Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
* Work hand in hand with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews, providing necessary support and resources to both candidates and hiring managers.
** Market Research & Talent Insights:
*** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to effectively position Celonis as an employer of choice.
