Each year, we protect more than 20 million travellers worldwide, making sure we’re there every step of their journey with proactive care, personalised cover and specialist support. Zurich Cover-More partners with many of the world’s best-known brands – think major airlines, travel giants, top banks, credit card providers, and large retailers – to deliver more care, more cover, for all.

Launched in December 2024, Zurich Cover-More is the global travel brand of Zurich Insurance Group, one of the world’s leading multi-line insurers. Our family of customer-facing brands includes trusted names like Travel Guard, Cover-More Travel Insurance, Travelex Insurance, Universal Assistance, World Travel Protection, Freely, and Blue Insurance. Together, we’re redefining what it means to travel safely and with confidence. Whether it’s a long-awaited holiday, a last-minute business trip, or an unexpected detour, we deliver in the moments that matter.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll partner with leaders and People teams to deliver effective employee relations support across a range of organisational change initiatives.
  • You’ll provide trusted advice and guidance on employee relations matters, helping ensure fair, consistent and commercially pragmatic outcomes.
  • You’ll support the planning and delivery of workforce change activities while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with employment legislation.
  • You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to navigate complex people matters and mitigate potential risks.
  • You’ll partner with external legal advisers and internal teams to ensure employment-related decisions are well informed and appropriately managed.
  • You’ll develop and maintain high-quality documentation, communications and reporting that support organisational change programmes and employee relations activity.
  • You’ll build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues and employee representatives, acting as a trusted advisor throughout key people initiatives.
  • You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of employee relations practices, processes and governance across the organisation.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

  • You’ll bring significant Employee Relations experience, ideally gained within a large, complex or matrix organisation.
  • You’ll have proven experience supporting restructures, redundancies and organisational change programmes.
  • You’ll demonstrate a strong knowledge of UK employment law and consultation requirements.
  • You’ll have experience partnering directly with employment lawyers and managing legally sensitive cases.
  • You’ll possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create accurate and compliant documentation.
  • You’ll bring strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • You’ll be able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ll demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

You’ll have experience supporting collective consultation exercises, which would be highly desirable.
  • You’ll bring experience gained within an international organisation, which would be advantageous.
  • You’ll be flexible to travel to our Brighton office on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
