• The HR Project Management is responsible for leading project HR initiatives that support organizational transformation, business growth, operational excellence, and employee experience. This role drives the planning, execution, and governance of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring successful implementation of organizational changes, HR programs, process improvements, and business-critical initiatives.
• The position serves as a key partner to HR Leadership and business stakeholders, utilizing project management and organizational change management methodologies to deliver sustainable outcomes, manage risks, and promote adoption of new ways of working across the organization.

• Ensures all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSES Procedures.

• Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Harbour Energy’s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required.

• Lead the development and execution of organizational change management strategies for HR and business transformation initiatives.
• Assess change impacts, stakeholder readiness, organizational risks, and adoption requirements.
• Design and implement communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement plans to support successful change adoption.
• Partner with leaders to build change capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor change effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and post-implementation evaluations.

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, talent processes, employee experience, and digital transformation.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Establish project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Provide regular status updates, executive summaries, and recommendations to senior leadership.
