Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

They are now looking to hire an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their London team.

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing both candidate and client relationships while building your own specialist market. Your responsibilities will include:
Researching and identifying high-calibre candidates within specialist markets Head-hunting and approaching candidates through Linked In, phone, email and networking Building long-term relationships with candidates and understanding their career ambitions Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements Business development and generating new opportunities Managing candidates throughout the interview and hiring process Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements Developing a strong understanding of your specialist market Working towards individual and team targets Building a network of candidates and clients that generates repeat business What We're Looking For Previous recruitment experience is not required .
