• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing to close
• Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
• Craft candidate experiences from first touch to offer
• Iterate on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
• Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
• Help build the employer brand across Linked In, events, and referrals

• 4+ Years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
• Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to finding top talent
• Experience recruiting software engineers, product managers, and data scientists
• Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Strong communication, judgment, and candidate-closing skills
• Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
• Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
