We’re looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our Group Talent team, partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR Directors to shape and deliver a high-impact talent agenda
This is a strategically important role focused on strengthening leadership pipelines, succession planning, talent mobility and future workforce capability
You’ll connect business needs with the full breadth of Group Talent expertise, helping leaders make informed decisions that build talent density and organisational performance

Create and deliver a commercially grounded talent plan aligned to Group priorities and the specific needs of the business area
Drive a culture of career development and skills mobility, crafting and delivering talent management solutions that align with business area needs
Understand hiring needs and strengthen leadership pipelines from Next Gen through to C-Suite through targeted career pathways, development, coaching and team effectiveness interventions
Identify pivotal roles, capabilities and future skills, working across Centres of Expertise to design plans for building, buying or developing them
Represent the needs of the aligned business unit within the Culture, Leadership and Talent team, ensuring broader propositions reflect local business priorities and talent requirements
Work with People Partners to build a clear view of talent demand and supply, bringing external perspective and identifying actions to strengthen talent density
Develop deep insight into executive bench strength, leadership potential and priority talent cohorts across the senior leadership population
Provide targeted coaching and support for individuals on leadership development programmes, ensuring development aligns to business ambition and future leadership needs
Broker enterprise-wide talent movement and strengthen diverse succession pipelines for pivotal roles
Support leaders to make evidence-based decisions regarding capability, performance and potential
Use market, business and external talent insights to shape how the Group attracts, develops, mobilises and retains key talent
Deploy Group-wide talent development programmes that improve performance, accelerate skills and build future leadership readiness
Sponsor and deliver local talent initiatives that create measurable impact against strategic business goals
Partner with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Team Effectiveness, Skills, Leadership and Coaching teams to strengthen leadership capability and bench strength
Use talent intelligence and external benchmarking to create clear insight on leadership capability, succession planning and talent density
Track and evaluate the impact of talent interventions, promoting continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making
Translate complex talent data into practical insight for senior leaders, HR Directors and People Partners
Support talent programme nominations, assessments and internal mobility opportunities for high-potential colleagues

A generous holiday allowance:
You’ll be eligible for a minimum of 22 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), rising to 30 days based on length of service and grade.
