Fluent German language skills – spoken and written Excellent communication skills Confidence and a professional manner A competitive and ambitious mindset Resilience and determination Strong work ethic Ability to build relationships quickly Motivation to work towards targets A genuine desire to progress and develop A degree or equivalent qualification Recruitment experience is not required.
