Naturally confident and comfortable speaking to people Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Commercially minded and motivated by results Tenacious — you don’t give up easily! Curious and genuinely interested in people A great communicator with excellent attention to detail Comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships Ambitious and keen to develop within recruitment Previous recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer-facing experience would be advantageous, but personality and potential are just as important.
