Rewards & MI Manager
London
Shape how we reward, recognise and retain talent across Unispace globally.
At Unispace, we create spaces that help people and businesses perform at their best.
We're a globally integrated strategy, design and construction business, bringing together expertise across four regions and 13+ countries to create extraordinary environments for some of the world’s leading organisations. Our approach connects strategy, design and delivery as one team - giving our people the opportunity to collaborate globally, think differently and have a genuine impact.
We're now looking for a Rewards & MI Manager to join our People & Culture team in London and help shape the next evolution of reward at Unispace.
This is a genuinely influential global role.
You’ll own and develop our approach to reward, compensation and people data, partnering closely with senior leadership and our regional People & Culture teams to create frameworks that are commercially sound, equitable and built for a global organisation.
It's an opportunity to move beyond simply managing established processes. We want someone who can look at what we do today, understand where we’re heading and help us build reward programmes, systems and insights that attract great people, recognise performance and support the continued evolution of Unispace.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll take ownership of our global reward programme and help ensure our approach remains competitive, consistent and aligned with both our people strategy and wider business objectives.
That will include:
- Leading our annual reward cycle, including salary and bonus reviews.
- Partnering with senior leadership and the Board on reward budgets, benchmarking and compensation decisions.
- Developing our approach to salary structures, benefits, job architecture and pay equity across multiple markets.
- Ensuring commission schemes are applied consistently and calculated accurately.
- Using market intelligence, people data and analytics to identify trends and give senior leaders meaningful insight.
- Working closely with Finance to ensure compensation data is accurate and reconciled.
- Partnering with regional People & Culture teams and leadership to make sure global programmes work effectively at a local level.
- Continuing to develop governance around reward, people policies, data privacy and compliance.
- Supporting our global mobility approach, including immigration and visa-related processes alongside our legal and regional teams.
- Building relationships with external partners and challenging us to continually improve how we reward and support our people.
At its heart, this role is about creating clarity, consistency and fairness while still recognising that a global organisation needs flexibility across different markets.
What you’ll bringYou’ll already have strong experience across Reward, Compensation, People Operations or broader HR programmes, ideally within an international or multi-region organisation.
We’d particularly like to hear from people who bring:
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, benefits and pay equity.
- Experience managing or developing global reward programmes.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating complex data into clear recommendations.
- Strong analytical capability and an instinct for turning people data into meaningful business insight.
- Experience working with HR platforms and digital people systems such as Workday, Success Factors or similar.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with getting into the detail when needed.
- A commercial mindset alongside a genuine interest in building fair, inclusive and high-performing organisations.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative and globally connected business.
