• Own high-volume hiring end-to-end and build repeatable processes that maintain fast-moving pipelines and a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
• Partner with business leaders, guide stakeholder conversations, and influence decisions using data, insight, and empathy
• Adapt hiring processes as volumes and priorities shift in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Use AI and automation to streamline hiring processes and improve how the team works
• Find new sourcing channels and talent pools
• Use historical data to plan pipeline needs
• Identify bottlenecks and reshape hiring processes to maintain conversion efficiency at every stage
• Manage a small team of Talent Partners within Operations

• Previous line management experience with a small team of Talent Partners alongside individual contributor responsibilities
• Experience hiring for Operations roles or managing high-volume recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, relationship-building ability, and confidence to push back when needed
• Data-driven approach, using analytics to improve hiring and reporting on processes and outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages, gain buy-in, and build trust at all levels
• Experience adopting AI in everyday workflows
• Experience in fast-paced scale-up organisations and flexibility to support areas outside the core remit
