Hotelcare is the UK's leading hotel support services company, and we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time HR Administrator to work on site at Holiday Inn Kensington.
We provide top-rated room attendant services to well-known hotel brands as well as boutique hotels. Hotelcare is committed to delivering a professional service, carried out by thoroughly trained staff, ensuring hotel guests receive an excellent level of care and enjoy their stay, while adhering to strict budgets and meeting hotel management expectations.
The successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to managers on a daily basis and ensure that all processes and policies are followed. We are a very busy department, as many employees come to us as their first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external queries (email, phone and internal ticketing system)
- Maintaining personnel records
- Using HR systems to onboard new candidates
- Providing general administration and employee data management
- Handling HR cases, including disciplinaries and grievances
- Working closely with the Payroll and Risk departments as well as on-site teams
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR matters within agreed formats and timescales
- Supporting the wider HR team
- HR qualification, ideally CIPD Level 5
- Previous experience managing employment cases (e.g. disciplinaries, grievances)
- High level of attention to detail
- Proactivity and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience as an Administrator supporting an HR team would be an advantage
- Good understanding of HR and data management
Working hours: Full time
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
