On the Integrated Workforce Mobility Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence, helping clients place the right people in the right place at the right time to grow globally and develop key talent while building trust. You’ll work in high-performing global teams, advising on managing and rewarding a mobile workforce, using your judgement to deliver insights and impact for their businesses.
Along the way, you'll study for a professional qualification with the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).

- Implement and operate technology and data platforms to help clients identify, manage and comply with the tax, payroll, immigration and other risks arising from their global mobility programmes and cross-border remote workforce.
- Work on client engagements that help build trust and confidence in the reporting of pay, benefits and the reward packages they deliver to their people.
- Develop your skills through hands‑on experience and coaching to become a leader of the future, while helping organisations evolve their compensation packages to attract, retain, motivate and excite the right people, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
