Graduate Recruitment Consultant – £50k OTE + Uncapped Commission

Virto Tech is a leading contract recruitment agency based in London Bridge, specializing in sourcing and delivering high-quality technology contractors to clients across Germany.

We have been nominated by APSCo Germany as one of the staffing companies of the year in 2023 & 2024 (start-up & growth) and expanding due to successful year-on-year growth and are seeking dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team.

• -You will do 360 recruitment – end to end recruitment – i.e. source your own clients and candidates
• -Source, screen, and manage contract / freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe
• -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• -Understanding and consulting on clients' requirements
• -Negotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients
• -Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement

• -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• -Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• -Happy working in a predominantly phone-based working environment
• -Sales / Recruitment experience is a bonus
• -German speaking, or other European languages, are a bonus but not required

• -Uncapped commission with no thresholds or earnings limits
• -Unlimited budget on international client trips
