Email: a Your New Company A well-established international bank is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its London HR team. This is a broad and varied role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and supporting key people initiatives across the business. Your New Role Reporting into theHead of HR, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support acrossthe employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include advising on employee relations matters, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, policy development, employee benefits and regulatory HR activities.

You will also play a key role in training delivery, ESG initiatives and supporting compliance with FCA and PRA requirements, including SMCR.

Key Responsibilities Partner with managers acrossthe business, providing expert HR advice and support on employee relations matters. Manage ER cases includingdisciplinaries, grievances, probation reviews and performance issues. Conduct training needs analysis with business leaders and support the delivery of learning and development programmes. Lead talent and succession planning initiatives to support organisational growth. Review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

Support SMCR, ESG and wider HR compliance activities, including reporting and employee engagement initiatives.
