Confidential Housing Association is seeking an HR onboarding assistant on a temporary basis for about two months. You will support recruitment activities and deliver a first-class onboarding experience for both candidates and managers, including internal transfers.
Work closely with the talent acquisition and orientation teams to ensure business needs are met and candidates are ready to join, while maintaining compliance with DBS, Right to Work, visa sponsorship and SM&CR requirements.
